The annual meeting of the Global Greens Coordination (GGC) takes place this week in La Paz, Bolivia, between November 24th and 27th, 2013 and is followed by the Federation of Greens of the Americas (FPVA) congress from November 27th to 29th, 2013. The GGC is the coordinating body of the Global Green movement and comprise more than 80 Green parties worldwide. Hunger strike
After 27 days of the hunger strike by Mauritius Greens, since its beginning on 6th October , it was officially ended on Friday, 1st  Nov 2013, after receiving a response from the Country’s Prime Minister accepting at least 75% of their demands on Thursday the 31st October 2013.The government has accepted to:Integrate the objectives of the former project (Green Reparation Foundation) in the existing Nelson Mandela Centre ;Extend the number of members of its council from 5 to 10 ;Appoint council... Launching AGF Secretariat in Burkina
The African Greens Federation (AGF) registered a lot of success during 2012. This was a year where most of the African Greens dreams were able to come true.During 2012, AGF in collaboration with the Global Greens Coordination and other partners were able to hold the Third Global Greens Congress in Dakar, Senegal between March and April 2012.
