Aims and Objectives
- To mainstream Green principles and values into government policies as well as those of the African Union
- To monitor and evaluate the progress on international commitments on environmental related issues
- To influence, encourage and assist communities within Africa to sustainably manage their natural resources
- To promote unity and reconciliation among African people

Ecological Wisdom
We acknowledge that human beings are part of the natural world and we respect the specific values of all forms of life, including non-human species.
We acknowledge the wisdom of the indigenous peoples of the world, as custodians of the land and its resources.
